Shipping policy


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

After your order has been placed, we ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number to your email. 

Processing time may vary during sales, holidays or new product launches. 

If your package has not been declared as “DELIVERED”, then it is still in transit with the carrier.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Candles are very fragile and we are working towards finding the best solution for worldwide shipping at this time. 

International packages may be subject to customs fees according to the customs policies of the country it is being shipped too- these custom fees are not included in our shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please reach out the carrier directly if your package is missing or stolen. Once a package is scanned into the carrier's system, the shipping and the delivery status of the package is no longer within Cindle Essentials control.
