RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We hope you understand that used candles cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

After we hand make each candle, we carefully inspect them to ensure our customer receive nothing but the best candle experience. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

If your candle was damaged during shipping, we will send you a new one. 

We have a 5- day grace period starting from the time the package is marked as "Delivered" for a claim to be submitted for a damaged candled upon arrival.
